This sub-page contains a submission form you can use to report any issues or suggestions. The form has:

• Issue Type: Bug Report (the default), Feature Request, Member User Issue or Payment Issue.
• Summary (up to 200 characters) and Details (up to 10,000 characters): describe the issue.
• Attach file(s)...: attach a file of up to 5 MB, such as a screenshot. Once a file is chosen, the button reads File(s) attached. Only one file can be attached: choosing another replaces it. Click the Remove (X) button to take it off.
• Your email address: filled in with your account's email when you are signed in. We reply to this address, so it must be a valid email.

Click Send. A confirmation says "Message sent successfully!" A longer Summary or Details, or a bigger file, isn't sent. If sending fails, try again later or email us.
