Screenshot

Capture a rectangular area of the active page and attach it as an image to your message. This is useful when you want the AI to analyze a specific visual element, layout, chart, or anything visible on the page.

How to take a screenshot​

  1. Click the scissors button in the input toolbar
  2. The page dims and your cursor changes to a crosshair
  3. Click and drag to select the area you want to capture
  4. Release the mouse button — the screenshot is captured and automatically attached to your message
  5. Type your message and send it along with the screenshot

Press Escape at any time to cancel the selection.

The screenshot button is only available on regular web pages (HTTP/HTTPS). It is not available on browser internal pages or PDF files.
