Websites to Sheets, automatically
Right in your own browser, even on sites you sign into. Describe what you need, and BrowseWiz collects it, writes the rows into your Google Sheet and keeps them current. No scrapers to build or fix.

Describe it, don't build it
Ask for what you need, like every supplier's price for a part or every speaker at a conference. BrowseWiz opens the pages in the BrowseWiz Tabs group, including sites you're signed into, reads them and writes the rows into your sheet. Ask for a source column and every row links back to the page it came from. There are no selectors to set up, so a redesigned page doesn't break anything.

Keeps your sheet current
Ask it to refresh the sheet on a schedule, such as every Monday at 8, while Chrome is open. Each run checks the pages again and updates the rows in place, and it can keep the old value in its own column. A notification tells you when the run is done, even with the side panel closed.

Alerts when it matters
Tell it what change matters on a page, like a price below $900 or a new post about your topic. BrowseWiz checks the page about every 5 minutes while Chrome is open and alerts you only when that change appears, with a one-line summary.

It does the clicking, too
Fill a form, build a cart or work through a portal: the same agent clicks and types in your own Chrome, on sites where you're already signed in. It stops and asks before anything final, like placing an order. Put a task on a schedule and it runs on its own, making only the changes in the plan you approved.

Make it your copilot
Ask about any page, PDF or image in the side panel, and shape it around how you work.
Your model
Choose the model for chat, or add your own API key or an OpenAI-compatible endpoint.
Your tools
Connect custom tools and MCP servers, and use BrowseWiz from Claude Code.
Your prompts
Save prompts with fill-in variables in Promptbook, dictate with the mic and have answers read aloud.
You stay in control
It asks before it acts.
In chat, BrowseWiz asks before it reads a tab, clicks or types. You can let it skip asking on sites you trust, or for the rest of a plan you've approved. Scheduled tasks run on their own, and only in the BrowseWiz Tabs group.
It runs in your browser.
It works in your own Chrome, in the BrowseWiz Tabs group, and asks before it takes over a tab you opened.
Your data, your choice.
Usage analytics and the study of the actions you approve can be turned off, and conversations are shared with us only if you opt in.

Questions
BrowseWiz is a Chrome extension that pulls data from websites into Google Sheets automatically, right in your own browser, including sites you sign into. Describe the data in plain words, and it writes the rows, keeps them current and alerts you to changes. It also does web tasks and works as a customizable AI copilot.
Yes. The same agent clicks, types and fills forms in your own Chrome, so it can build a cart, work through a portal or download files. It asks before it acts unless you trust a site, and a safety check runs before every click and entry. You can repeat a task on a schedule.
Install BrowseWiz, open its side panel and describe what you need, for example every speaker on a conference page with company and title. BrowseWiz opens the pages, reads them and writes the rows into Google Sheets after a one-time Google sign-in. There are no selectors, IMPORTXML formulas or scripts to set up.
Yes. BrowseWiz works in tabs of your own Chrome, where you're already signed in, so it can read pages behind a login that cloud scrapers can't reach. You never give it your passwords. The content of the pages it reads is sent to the AI model so it can do the task.
Ask BrowseWiz to repeat the task on a schedule, such as every Monday at 8:00. While Chrome is open, each run checks the pages again and updates the rows in place, and you get a notification when it finishes. The free plan includes 1 daily task, and Pro and Max include 10, each up to once a day.
Yes. Set up a page monitor and say what change matters, like a price below $900 or a new post about your topic. While Chrome is open, BrowseWiz checks the page about every 5 minutes and alerts you only when that change appears. The free plan includes 1 monitor, and Pro and Max include 30.
A web scraper needs selectors you set up and fix whenever a site is redesigned. Many scrapers run in the cloud, where logins and bot checks get in the way. BrowseWiz reads each page fresh in your own signed-in Chrome, so a new layout doesn't break your task, and you describe the result in plain words. See how BrowseWiz compares.
BrowseWiz asks before it reads a tab, clicks or types, unless you trust a site. A safety check also runs before every click, text entry and Enter key press, and asks you or blocks steps that would send, pay, delete or submit something you didn't ask for. In unattended scheduled runs, such steps are refused.
Yes, in chat. The browser agent, schedules and monitors always use BrowseWiz Chat, the built-in model. Add your OpenAI API key on the Models page of BrowseWiz's options, or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint as a custom model. For OpenRouter, use the base URL https://openrouter.ai/api/v1 and a model ID from its list. Keys are stored encrypted.
BrowseWiz has a free plan with 10M credits a month, 1 scheduled task and 1 page monitor. Pro costs $35 a month with 250M credits, and Max costs $95 a month with 1B credits. Both paid plans include up to 10 scheduled tasks and 30 page monitors. Prices include VAT. See Pricing for details.
